iiED renews collaboration with CSU, Fresno Water Energy and Technology (WET) Center!

The Institute for Innovation and Economic Development (iiED) is happy to announce that our collaborative program with CSU, Fresno Water Energy and Technology (WET) Center has been renewed.  Funded by the California Energy Commission, BlueTech Valley Energy Innovation Cluster is a program designed to support a 100% clean energy future.  The iiED and BlueTech Valley Accelerator will support this sector by expanding efforts to increase the commercialization of the region’s research institutions; connect innovators with entrepreneurs and investors; and provide education and mentoring to help develop viable companies  Much of this will be achieved through the Startup Launchpad virtual incubator, as well as collaborative events with CSU, Fresno’s BlueTech Valley Accelerator.  The program works with entrepreneurs to help them develop solutions to address and region’s acute needs in the energy-water-food nexus and provides the tools, direction, mentoring, and advising to bring technology to market.

  • Proof-of-concept validation
  • Advisory support
  • Training and Education
  • Incubation services
  • Opportunities to connect with investors, industry leaders, and potential customers.
