PPP: Perils, Pitfalls, and Problems

So you’ve finally made it through the PPP application process with your bank and you’re about to get the PPP loan, or you got it already.  Congratulations.  But did you read the fine and not-so-fine print?  Hmmm.  It’s a good time to find out what you agreed to.  In this webinar, SCW member Bill Richter, of Richter Law Offices, will walk us through the PPP loan documentation’s affirmative and negative covenants, events of default,  and more, so you can avoid problems, including the specter of personal liability, even to shareholders.  It’ll be time well spent.
