The three-part Website Development & Optimization Webinar Series introduces the best practices for website design, development, and optimization to the small business owner, discussing both how to improve an existing website and how to design and build a new one. It explains the vital role a website plays in promoting your business and demonstrates techniques for optimizing the performance of your website and maximizing the value for your business. The webinars will cover domain registration pitfalls, hosting options, website design tools & best practices, and user experience guidelines. You will also learn basic and advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to improve your website’s placement in Search Results. And, you will learn Web 2.0 techniques and tools for increasing customer engagement on your website (e.g. Blogs, Online Chat, etc.) and customer engagement outside your website (e.g. Social Media, Online Directories, etc.).
