The Monterey Bay Procurement Technical Assistance Center is pleased to present a webinar titled: “Proposal Preparation Guidelines.”
A frequently asked question is, “I need some help in learning how to write a proposal”. In this presentation, we will cover some basics about proposals and the steps to put into some best practices to prepare better proposals.
