The Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development has an immediate opening for the following position:

Administrative Support Coordinator

Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of the iiED, the Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for fulfilling clerical and administrative support functions. In addition to the direct daily support of the Executive Director, the Administrative Support Coordinator will also serve as the primary support for the operation of the new Startup Launchpad and related activities.

Communication Design Intern

The Communication Design Intern designs logos, flyers, brochures, advertisements and other visual design marketing material for print and web for iiED programs and events.

Event Management Intern

The Event Management Intern performs a variety of duties related to several large public events hosted throughout the year, including:
  • Volunteer recruitment/organizationĀ 
  • Email correspondence with team and various stakeholdersĀ 
  • Attend weekly logistics team meetingsĀ 
  • Organize task management for team on AsanaĀ 
  • Create, organize and update planning spreadsheets and other event resources
  • Manage event participant registration on Eventbrite

Marketing Assistant Intern

The Marketing Assistant Intern performs a variety of duties related building brand awareness for the iiED and promoting large regional events, including:
  • Compose and post online content for iiEDā€™s social media accounts.
  • Manage iiEDā€™s social media accounts and monitor analytics.Ā 
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to the student body
  • Communicate directly with potential clients and encourage trusting relationships.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks assigned when assigned to ensure the functionality and coordination of iiEDā€™s activities.
