Guidance on Updates to the Cal/OSHA COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards

The COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standards were updated earlier this year in June and now California business owners, managers, and supervisors need to be prepared to function according to the revisions. Many have questions like: Are face coverings required in manufacturing facilities? Will Cal/OSHA issue citations for employers who do not implement all provisions of the June 17 Emergency Temporary Standards? What are the physical distancing or barrier requirements if employees have not been vaccinated?
