Techstars Startup Weekend Online Monterey Bay 2/5-7/2021

Techstars Startup Weekend is a program where everyone, from aspiring entrepreneurs to the merely curious, can learn about the process of starting a business. This year it will be online, so we’ve added features, like short, one-hour workshops Monday and Wednesday nights, award-winning instructors and bilingual mentors. Techstar Startup Weekends have been the launchpad for several innovative companies and social enterprise companies. Come pitch your great idea and make your dream come true!
Participants create working startups during the event and have the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded individuals outside of their daily networks. All teams hear talks by business experts and receive valuable feedback from local entrepreneurs. The weekend is centered around action, innovation, and education.
Whether you are looking for feedback on an idea, a co-founder, specific skill sets, or a team to help you execute, Techstars Startup Weekend is the perfect environment in which to test your idea online and take the first steps towards launching your own startup.
The local organizer of the Techstars Startup Weekend Monterey Bay (2/5-7/2021) is the Institute for Innovation and Economic Development (iiED), an institute of the College of Business at California State University Monterey Bay. This will be the ninth Techstars Startup Weekend organized by iiED. iiED supports entrepreneurship and innovation in the Monterey Bay region.
